Leisure Activity All-Star Award : This honor will be awarded to staff members who have excelled in meaningful activities with the clients within the homes. This award addresses several Attain's strategic goals, including helping our cleints enjoy their lives, establishing normalized routines of life, provides opportunities for dignified care, and is one of the best strategies for reducing the likelihood of problem behavior. Client Specific Superstar: This is awarded to staff members who demonstrate dedication to a specific client in a unique way. Staff members often demonstrate commitment to clients in ways that deserve acknowledgement. This award will be used to honor staff members who have been instrumental in achieving goals and outcomes for a specific client. Above and beyond Staff: Awarded to staff members who have excelled in their position. - a staff member who has exceeded the expectations of the role. This award will be used to honor staff members who have volunteered to work additional shifts to accommodate a client's needs, who continuously implements behavioral and support plans goals, a staff who demonstrate exceptional amount of patience through challenging client's behaviors. Other: Attain plans to continue refining and broadening our awards categories. This category is meant to capture all staff accomplishments that do no clearly fit into the categories above.
